"State Farm saved me!! I was stuck in a ridiculous insurance policy by a predatory company that rhymes with Pearl Holding. I was Paying an obscene amount of money for almost zero coverage. I walked into State Farm, Port St. John frustrated and confused. First I met Guillermo who was super friendly and also a good listener. I met my new agent ,John, who made me feel important and helped me understand how the game actually works. He took a lot of time out of his day to answer all of my questions with a smile on his face and he never made me feel like an idiot or an imposition. I now have the best coverage at a premium that I don't have to struggle to pay.. I've never felt safer and more secure in my car than when I switched to State Farm.. Pearl Holding is mad as hell , refuses to give me my refund, but it's all good because I am now free of that Hot Dog Water vibe in my life! Love you guys!"

"Paid extra for towing service. Used it twice for legitimate problems. A few months later they dropped us from the policy. Why the heck do you pay extra for a service they penalize you for using?"

"I visited this place to see if I could transfer someone from my insurance to their office, but Andrew Engelmann greeted me at the door and did not even let me explain the reason for my visit, showing little professionalism and customer service, this shows how type of agents will help you in a case of any claim, thank you Andrew Engelmann and I would not recommend anyone to visit your office -You didn't ask the reason for my visit you thought you knew the answer to my question, mistake It was I who shook my hand to greet you I was the one who told you that if you going to attend my business at the door, I would prefer not to waste your time. Admitting our mistakes does not make us weak. thanks again"
"Hello Mundo, We are always excited to help any current or incoming customers with their needs. I personally greeted you at the front door and shook your hand. I did mention upon greeting you that if it was a question about your current policy, I would not be able to assist as you would need to reach out to your current State Farm agent. We would not have access to your account. I asked if there was something I could assist you with unrelated to your accounts. You informed me there was nothing I could help you with and sorry for wasting my time and left. I was very confused and shocked as you left my office. I think there must have been a misunderstanding as to what you were looking for and how we could have helped. "

"Tabitha is absolutely AMAZING! We heard so many great things about her so we decided to stop in and take a look at what she was able to offer. Although we weren’t able to get car insurance (since we’re from out of state) she was still able to give my family an abundance of Knowledge and we ended up purchasing an 20 Pay Life Insurance policy for my one year old! Now not only will his life insurance be paid off in 20 years he will also have a college fund! I cannot rave enough about her! If you’re in the area and looking definitely stop by and see her!"

"Got scammed over the phone by Shaun and Andy. Called over the phone "don't have come in" per Shaun. Crunched some numbers I paid $1372.12 in full. The following week they sent me transmitters to glue onto my car and use to monitor my driving. No way. Andy over the phone said if cancel that my bill would be $90 more. The following week I got a bill for $451.38. I got scammed. Allstate was better. I should have kept my USAA insurance but scammer Shaun gave me that fake quote. and collected my money quick. Port St John beware of the scam."
"I did speak with the client about this situation and established that he was aware of the Drive Safe and Save program. This discount is given to clients who choose to participate and if you change your mind it is removed. Unfortunately, the discount was removed. We never ask anyone to glue anything to their car but do provide a beacon you can tape to it. I do also believe we provided you a substantial savings even after losing the Drive Safe and Save discount. We always welcome all of our clients into the office and would be glad to set up a meeting in person. Hope you have a great day! Andrew Engelmann"

"I had a very bad service here with the information. The billing cycle that I aggred at the beginning was not honored and now they want to charged more money if I changed the due date. I got one price and the agent never told me that I have to have this boxes in my car to get 10% off, plus never got the boxes, so the next month bill was higher and I had to call half of the company to find out why. Nothing was done, so I was stock with a higher bill or have to add the box to my car to monitoring my driving. All information is wrong from day one."
"Yes, with our billing system if you change the due date to the next month, it does require that next month's payment. As for the Drive Safe and Save it is an optional program that does give you a discount. If you choose not to participate after signing up for it the premium will increase as the discount will be removed. We always have extra beacons at the office and will be glad to send in the mail. "I can't speak highly enough on how amazing John Kihm was on helping me get the best insurance! I've never gotten insurance on my own, and John came recommended by a friend. He took time to explain what everything meant because all the numbers made no sense to me before and I learned I was under insured previously. He helped me create a custom plan that included a much needed life insurance policy that I needed to protect my family and he still ended up saving me money in the end. Im also going to use him to bundle my car and home insurance as he has the best rates! If you are looking for savings and someone who listens to your needs, look no further!
